Recommended Transportation Options from Changi Airport to SUTD
Option 1: Taxi / Ride-hailing (Grab / Gojek) — Highly Recommended
Distance & Time: Approx. 6 km, taking about a 7-minute drive.
Route Details: Head southwest on Airport Blvd, connect to Xilin Ave, and turn onto Somapah Road to arrive directly at the campus.
Advantages: Door-to-door service, ideal for attendees carrying luggage to avoid transferring in the hot weather.
Option 2: Singapore MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) — Most Cost-effective
Estimated Time: Approx. 15 - 20 minutes.
Route Details:
Take the East-West Line (Green Line) at Changi Airport MRT Station.
Travel 1 stop and alight at Expo MRT Station.
SUTD is within walking distance from Expo Station. Alternatively, you can transfer to the Downtown Line (Blue Line) at Expo Station, travel 1 stop to Upper Changi MRT Station, and the campus is right outside the exit.
